Cancellation Policy
We understand that unanticipated events happen occasionally in everyone’s life. In our desire to be effective and fair to all clients, the following policies are honored:

Please allow 48 hours notice when cancelling an appointment.  It takes time to reset the calendar, notify people who are on the waitlist, and fill the now empty slot.  If you are unable to give us 36 hours advance notice you will be charged the full amount of your appointment. This amount must be paid prior to your next scheduled appointment.

No-shows
Anyone who either forgets or consciously chooses to forgo their appointment for whatever reason will be considered a “no-show.”  Full payment for the missed appointment is due at the next appointment.

Late Arrivals
If you arrive late, your session may be shortened.  Out of respect and consideration to your therapist and other clients, please plan accordingly and be on time.   The cost of the session will be a full charge for the amount of time that was scheduled.

Health Policy:   If you, or anyone you live with, is experiencing cold or flu symptoms, please cancel your appointment.  There will be no charge for missed appointments due to illness.
